We will notify you via email with shipping tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.  If we run out prior to filling your order or shipping is going to be delayed we'll notify you immediately.  Normal order processing time is 2-3 days.

Custom and Special Orders Require Prior Arrangement!

Professional Musicians - Changes can be made to these products if required in order for the operation and settings to better suit your needs. These changes can usually be made for a very small or no fee.  Contact us for any special requirements you might have, or to discuss available options. Also, as product improvements are made to a specific pedal, return your pedal  (pay the postage both ways) and we'll update your pedal operation for free.  Contact us for details!

If you already own one of our pedals--ask for a repeat customer discount.

International Orders:

International Orders will be accepted only by following the procedure below:

You must e-mail your order request to:  info@lockandrock.com-- and include subject "International Order".

You must include your name, address and telephone number and preferred shipping company.

Your order will be submitted for review and you will be contacted by e-mail for payment. PayPal is the only method of payment accepted.

After payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

*Note:  There is no free shipping allowance on International orders.  You will

          be charged exactly what the shipper charges and no more no less.
